Jega Ends His Tenure As INEC Chairman

Attahiru Jega‘s tenure as INEC Chairman has come to an end. His departure was formalized on Tuesday during a handover ceremony conducted behind closed doors at the Commission in Abuja, according to Sahara Reporters.

A national commissioner from Sokoto State, Ahmed Wali will be taking over as interim chairman.
