Read a Church's regulation on what a bride & groom should wear for their wedding

It also extends to a lot of people coming for the wedding. 'Looks like Anglican Churches in Lagos want to start enforcing the Wedding Dress Code.' 

Is there anything wrong with this rules and regulations by the  Anglican Church?
